What is the Ignite Challenge?

The Ignite Challenge series introduces the popular spec Ignite program to a regional level of racing. The series travels to five existing Midwest area Ignite tracks: Gateway Kartplex, Autobahn County Club, Mid-State Kart Club, TNT Kartways and Whiteland Raceway Park. The series will serve as the next level of competition for local Ignite competitors, allowing them to race against new competition, all while using the same Ignite package they race every weekend.

Final #2

The designated Qualifying session sets the grid for Final #1. The starting order for Final #2 will be determined by the quickest race times in Final #1.

New tires are not required for Qualifying, though once you have qualified you are no longer able to switch tires. The tires you qualify on will be the tires you use the remainder of the day.

The Ignite Challenge Series races rain or shine at each event. Hoosier WET tires are required and to be mounted on the spec rain tires sizes shown in the Ignite Rule Book.

No. New for the 2019 season, all classes will run individually – this includes the Ignite Masters and Ignite Heavy classes.
