St. Louis, MO – (March 3, 2020) – Margay Racing and Oakland Valley Race Park (OVRP) are proud to announce the addition of Ignite Senior to their 2020 class structure. Just over an hour from New York City, located in Cuddebackville, NY – OVRP’s newly paved 0.75 mile kart circuit serves as New York’s premier karting destination.
The newly added spec Ignite class creates a fast, fun and fair racing class option for karters in the Northeast. Ignite racing serves as both a bridge to help close the gap for local rental kart racers that want to get a little more behind the wheel and the experienced kart racer looking for a simpler and more affordable racing solution.
All competitors are equipped with identically prepared Ignite K3 chassis, sealed Briggs & Stratton 206 engine packages and Hoosier Kartsport R80 tires. The Ignite formula is a proven cost effective class which highlights driver ability.

OVRP will host a 12-race season beginning on Sunday, April 19. Customers can purchase their Ignite K3 through OVRP and have their karts serviced locally through Chris Rock Motorsports.
